Do i have flu, cold, upper resp infection, pneumonia?

Andrew your not very sympathetic, sometimes we don't want to bother the doc with common illness and antibiotics are not a cure all especially with what sounds like a viral infection, take paracetamol keep drinking plenty fluids , if you do develop a fever, chest pain do go to the doctor as then it could be a chest infection if you had pneumonia you would feel very very il!There may be doctors who are members of yahoo but don't want this to be known,in case they give the wrong advice and get sued!
