How do i wear these sweatpants?

ok so i have these pants and i have no idea how to wear them. theyr black, knee length, and they flare out alot. they are ed hardy and they have designs on the sides. the colors in the designs are yellow, blue, green, red, off-white, and gold. i want to wear these pants to school tomorrow and i would wear like a white tanktop with them but we arent aloud to wear tanktops at my school. and i know its sad but i dont have a plain white t-shirt either haha. help please? thankss
