What is a good way to stop a dog from eating poo?

My shih tzu eats my pug's poo. It is disgusting. I have been avoiding using one of those additives to the dogs food because they're both picky eaters. Should I try this? What is a good brand of additive that you have used and had success with ? Thanks!
