Criticism or praise of minocycline, azelex, or RE10Wash for treating acne?

The words recently prescibed say it all- you'd be hard put to see a change in 6 weeks and really 6 months to a year would be a fairer test.Don't know much about azelic acid and re10 wash although these benzoyl peroxide containing products are a bit harsh on the skin ( if they are benzoyl peroxide ??). I'm not an american and we don't have these products
