Call of duty create a map?

hi. ive been reading all over the web about how to make my own call of duty map. basically just how some skateboarding games can make their own skatepark. i really hope that the next call of duty will feature that.the create a map would consist of building the size of the map, creating buildings,placing terrain, objects, and textures. and finally placing objectives and spawn points. all of that would be in the game itself. but in the meantime i dont have that feature and cant find a program that will let me make one... even on my computer. so if anyone could help me find a program that could allow me to create call of duty mw2 or black ops maps on my macbook and transfer them to my ps3 to play on with my friends that would be awesome. thanks =]
