What are some 'ordinary' foods/over the counter pills that have the same ingredients as male enhancement pills?

I don't want to look too 'sketchy' in front of my family when the monthly credit card statement comes by and it said I ordered male enhancement pills for so-and-so dollars. Either the male enhancement pill company is discreet and says I bought something else or I can find close substitutes form normal foods/generic non-ual name brands. But nonetheless, it has to WORK.
