Is it safe to call President Obama a fascist yet?

The American people did not want his government takeover of healthcare, he did it anyway. The American people overwhelmingly supported Arizona's immigration law, he sued them for it anyway. And he still fails to repeal the one of the most fascist acts of government in U.S. history, The Patriot Act. Though he promised to do so while on the campain trail... I don't want to hear about Bush, I am an independent and believe Bush to be a fascist as well. But it is time for the current administration to stand up and start taking responsibility for the things they do.
