After taking the first month of the yasmin pill?

..It was my first month of taking the pill. I was finished three days ago and have yet to get my period. Has anyone ever taken it and if you have how long does it normally take until you get your period? I was hoping it would come soon because I will be away for the weekend! And No, I'm not pregnant. Thanks
