Should the NFL allow TD celebrations?

I'm thinking about making a petition for the NFL to allow TD celebrations. I will get friends and people online to sign it as many as possible. These guys put their LIVES on the line, if they score a touchdown how dare you take away that mans freedom to celebrate it!
