Pokemon platinum i need help badly?

OK more than like what the problem is that you have not won the Coble Badge yet. With out this Badge you can not use the move Fly out side of Battles. So you need to Battle Maylene in Veilstone City (she is a fight type trainer). If you all ready battle her and won you should be able to the cities that you all ready visted. I hope this helps!
