My brain hurts? And I pee myself?

Im 14 years old and I have been noticing some weird things happening. First off, my friend had this really bad cough for months and then I went on vacation with her, and ... I got it too. She said she had some ear problems with it, like its kinda hard to hear and you feel like you need to pop your ears all the time. But im not really sick just have a cough and my ears are clogged up. But also, ever since I got back from the beach with my family, I suddenly get these little head aches. And when I go swimming, and I go under the water, I feel tons of pressure on the whole left side of my brain and face. And just starting today, I can't hold in my pee! All the sudden I will have to go really bad and I just can't hold it in and pee myself!! What is wrong?!? Is it just part of the cold or do I have like the beginning of a brain tumor!! Im really scared! :(
