I have lupus, i might be pregnant, i have a horrible boil, could these all be connected?

I'd wait a week or two more and retest I have lupus as well and W and if you are pregnant if very important you see a high risk dr as for the boils I got one as well while pregnant my dr had to drain good luck with this!
