Heater will not warm up pipes might be frozen how can i defrost it to make the heater kick back up.?

Your heater is not frozen,most heaters are designed to cut off when it reaches a certain temperature.Watch and see if it doesn't come back on by itself,it may take a little while to thaw your pipes,you need to open up the faucets a little so you can tell when your pipes are thawed out....
