Can a habitual offender of driving on a suspended license get some kind of permit for driving to school?

I have a suspended license from not paying child support. I have since then become a habitual offender of DWLS. I don't have any DUI's I go to school and to obgyn appointments for my pregnancy. Child support has reinstated my license but since I'm habitual I can't get my license. I have to go to school and to the Dr. and the only option I have is to drive. I am a Florida resident. I don't owe any more money but I just got another ticket. Is there a special permit I could mention to the Judge that might help me? Thank you. Please no comments on the child support issue I just need advice to help me.
