Being pressured to find a husband? (From an Apostolic point of view)?

Im Christian but I know what your saying.Your not ready and you want to raise your kids.You want to devote your energy to them instead of a man.You probly have also heard and seen alot of lousy stepfathers.I completely agree in so many ways.Alot of men will want to change your ways of doing things and run your place.Maybe you really loved your husband also and just cannot replace the best as they say ?,However I think maybe your family is basing their ideas on the scriptures that say its better for young widows to marry .That is 1 Timothy 5 verses 11 through 15.By younger I understand of childbearing age.I think maybe you could read that,pray about it and if still firm in your decision tell the family Im good,I know you mean well but this is how I have decided to raise and protect my family. You are still so young and.I am sure they mean well but seems to me like your kids have plenty of male role models around so I do not see a problem.
